3D modeling

Modeling of virtual environments (optimized and textured) for real-time use.

We combine our skills of architects and 3D graphic designers to design virtual spaces with quality, to make immersive experiences more realistic, more beautiful and more attractive. It’s about improving the user experience by emphasizing the concept of immersive design.

We work on the quality of spaces (texturing and lighting), with special attention to new virtual uses.

Development of immersive experiences

Realization of immersive applications in Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality.

Thanks to our multidisciplinary team composed of architects / engineers / developers / 3D graphic designers, we are able to design and provide a “ready to use” solution for all immersive application development requests and on all types of support.

We work with real-time rendering software such as Unreal Engine and Unity.



Skateshop VR

This Immersive Design project is the prototype of a Virtual Reality (real-time 3D) skateshop. It’s a space inspired by a real skate equipment shop, but with specificities in terms of its functionalities, especially thanks to the possibilities offered by immersive technology.

The project is based on a very specific need that was to be able to customize its skateboard in a quick and unlimited way from a catalog of boards, trucks, wheels, etc.. The Skateshop VR offers the possibility to observe the skateboard of your dreams from every angle before buying it in a dynamic and considered environnement.

An application such as the virtual skateshop offers an improvement in online sales. The idea is to provide a stronger customer experience and an immersion in the brand’s universe. The customers of an application like the virtual skateshop are brands or e-commerce sites. The beneficiaries are individuals or simply the end user.

Museum VR

The Museum VR is an immersive Virtual Reality (real-time 3D) experience. It is an application allowing to observe the works of a museum, whether its public or private collections, or its archives (generally inaccessible to the general public). This application allows you to move around in real time, interact with objects and works of art, use thematic, chronological or geographical filters and redistribute the selected works in the museum to have a personalized experience.

The Museum VR has a strong educational potential and gives greater visibility to the different artworks of a museum. Created for real time, this application is accessible from everywhere and by everyone. Users can be:
– museum visitors for an enhanced visit experience.
– students for an educational experience from a museum room or from their university / college / high school.
– the general public, from home or on the move.
– people with reduced mobility wishing to access cultural content from a hospital, senior residence, EHPAD.



We have created several virtual scenes for Max’sens Innovation as part of their “Pitch VR”. This involves the design and creation of different custom-made virtual spaces such as a TV set, an auditorium and a bank branch so that their application can take place there (training application for public speaking in specific contexts).

Augmented RealityThanks to an overlay of virtual elements (in real time), Augmented Reality makes it possible to enrich a real environment through the use of a mobile phone or an AR headset such as Microsoft Hololens or Magic Leap 1.
